About La Roca

Painted tiles, a sugar-skull mural, a back bar ringed with TVs and a rooftop deck give this Main Street cantina its loud, colorful look. The kitchen covers tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas, street corn and wings, with Thai shrimp tacos the dish reviewers single out, and the bar's showpiece is a blue margarita with an upended Corona. It opens at 11am daily, serves brunch, and stays open until 2am on Friday and Saturday, when the music takes over and Main Street bar crawls pass through. Google lists $20–30 a head and rates it 4.0 from about 1,000 reviews. Recent visitors are mixed: some praise friendly servers and watching the Phillies from the bar, while others found dry carne asada, no salsa on hand, pricey margaritas light on tequila and slow service for a large group. It is veteran-owned, and a private dining room is available for parties.
