About Fabrika
Dinner and a show is taken literally in this converted industrial hall: tables and green velvet sofas circle a 360-degree hydraulic stage, crystal chandeliers hang from the steel mezzanine, and performers rotate through burlesque, drag, aerial, fire and comedy acts during the meal. Friday runs a disco-themed variety show, Saturday the OPUS revue, and Sunday a drag brunch with Drag Race alumni. After the curtain the floor turns to dancing, and the connected Margolis Lounge carries on with cocktails and live music. The kitchen leans Mediterranean, with octopus, branzino, hummus and tiramisu served as set menus, and Google puts the spend above $100 a head. Birthdays and bachelorette parties dominate the bookings. A 4.9 average across nearly 4,000 Google reviews reflects praise for the hosts and performers; the recurring complaint is slow or cold food when the room is full.
