A long, window-lined room runs beside a full sushi bar, and on occasion a whole bluefin tuna is broken down at the counter in front of diners. The kitchen covers omakase, the Tomo Choice sushi sampler, nigiri, seared tuna tataki, soft shell crab, lamb chops and desserts such as matcha tiramisu and passion fruit cheesecake, and fresh wasabi is offered for a small supplement. Many diners praise servers by name, though a couple of recent reviews describe a curt server and a bill carrying a card surcharge and pricey bottled water, so the total is worth checking. It holds a Michelin Guide recommendation for 2025 and a 4.5 average from over 700 Google reviews. Lunch runs on weekdays and dinner Monday to Saturday until ten, a little later on Saturday, with Sunday closed. Valet is complimentary and OpenTable takes bookings.
