About Our Bar ATL

The format is the draw: nights are handed to rotating concepts run by the bartenders themselves, so the calendar swings between karaoke, trivia and game nights, live bands, stand-up and open mics, chef pop-ups and parties that turn the room into a dance floor. The building is a small brick bar on the Edgewood strip with neon in the windows, a photo booth and a stage against the back wall. It opens at 8 p.m. Monday to Wednesday and from 2 p.m. Thursday to Sunday, running to 2:30 a.m. most nights and midnight on Sunday. Weekends get loud and late, and one regular describes it bluntly as a nightclub rather than a bar. The crowd is young, mixed and mostly local, spend stays in the $10–50 range, hookah is available, and smokers call it one of the easier bars in the area. Most of its 668 Google reviews are warm, at 4.8 overall, though a few recent ones report rough weeknights.
