About O by Brush
Daylight pours through tall windows onto a long dark counter and a spare, minimalist room, with a glass-fronted cabinet of dry-aging tuna on show. That aging program is the calling card: reviewers praise the depth of the dry-aged pieces, fish torched over Japanese charcoal, crisp fried shrimp shells and add-ons of Hokkaido uni and A5 wagyu. Chefs engage the room throughout a meal that can run three and a half hours with staggered seating, and small gestures, such as adjusting where each piece lands for a left-handed guest, recur in reviews. It holds a Michelin star for 2025 and a 4.8 rating, though from under twenty Google reviews, and one recent diner dismissed the fish as ordinary for the price. Service runs Wednesday to Sunday evenings, reservations via OpenTable are a must, and valet or validated Buckhead Village parking is available.
