About haley.henry
A long wooden bar runs down one side of this Province Street room, facing shelves of bottles and a meat slicer, and the wine list is the reason regulars keep photographing labels before they leave. Staff steer by flavor profile rather than region, and half bottles make it easy to work through two or three over a sitting. The kitchen sticks to small plates: tins of fish with grilled bread and flaky salt, anchovy toast, ricotta toast, chicken liver mousse, pickles, a soft pretzel and charcuterie, plus a midweek Weiner Wednesday special. Doors open at 3pm Tuesday to Friday and at noon on Saturday, closing at 11pm midweek and midnight at the weekend, with Sunday and Monday dark. Google reviewers give it 4.6 across more than 440 reviews, most of them crediting the staff, and The Infatuation ranked it first on its 2026 list of Boston's best bars.
