About Mamani
Green trellis panels and potted olive trees mark the entrance, and inside the room is all marble tables, low brass lamps and an open kitchen behind a pale-green counter. Chef Christophe De Lellis cooks French food with a light hand: red beets, rabbit ragu tagliatelle, culotte steak, halibut with morels, oysters on crushed ice and a Paris-Brest for dessert, with a basket of country bread to start. The Michelin Guide awarded it one star in its 2025 Texas edition. Dinner runs every night from five, until ten on Friday and Saturday, and the music stays low enough for easy conversation. Google rates it 4.6 from about 460 reviews; most praise the technique and the service, while a few recent visits found the prices steep and late-seating service cool. A bar seat for cocktails and dessert is the easier way in.
