About Cabra
The Hoxton's top floor holds a long glass-walled dining room in rust velvet and teal, with a checkerboard floor, hanging plants, a bar lined with stools and an outdoor deck above Green Street. Stephanie Izard's menu is built for sharing: several ceviches, tuna tataki, goat empanadas, steak saltado, grilled skewers and loaded fries. Pisco sours and fruit-forward cocktails lead the bar list, though one reviewer suspected pre-batching at nearly $20 a drink. Dinner runs from 4 PM nightly, closing at 10 or 11 PM, with lunch from Wednesday and brunch from 10 AM at weekends. At 4.4 on Google across more than 1,900 reviews, the food is the main reason people return, and servers and bartenders are named again and again. Reservations are recommended through OpenTable, dress is casual chic and the bill lands in the $50–100 per head band.
