About Bar Roza
Opened in 2026 on Arcade Alley, a few steps from the covered shopping arcade and Printers Alley, the room is long and narrow: pink plaster walls, a black-and-white checkerboard floor, a slatted ceiling, rose-veined marble tables and a bar at the back lit by small lamps. Every guest is seated, which keeps it calm and conversational, and reviewers who come in from Lower Broadway describe it as a welcome escape from the bachelorette crowds. The cocktail list leans on uncommon ingredients and clear ice; the espresso martini and a drink called the Moonfish get the most mentions, though one guest was surprised to find star anise in a request for the classic. Plates of olives, crudites, grissini and small bites cover the food. It is open daily from 4pm to 2am, and two cocktails with tip can reach around $50. The owner is often on the floor, and early reviews give it a 4.9 average from about 50 ratings.
