About Hestia Rooftop
Sixteen floors up in Ballantyne Village, the dining room sits under a ceiling of hanging lights and opens onto a covered terrace with fire walls and white-clothed tables; after dark the outdoor lounge is washed in red light, with the distant Uptown skyline on the horizon. The kitchen is modern Asian: hand-rolled sushi, sashimi, omakase menus and a run of wagyu dishes, including fried rice, meatballs and tacos, plus a tomahawk for sharing. Dinner begins at 5pm daily, ending at 9pm on Sunday and Monday, 10pm midweek and midnight on Friday and Saturday, when music sets play through the late seating. Google lists typical spend at over $100 per person, and reservations are recommended. Reviews (4.5 from more than 1,500) are dominated by praise for individual servers and bartenders, and parking in the village garage is free.
