Wednesday joins Friday and Saturday as the busiest night, and the crowd skews to young professionals and socialites in the 25-45 range, with smart elegant the expected standard at the door. Table service, VIP booths and bottle packages handle the bigger groups, and the kitchen keeps a broad menu running alongside, so it works as a dinner-and-stay rather than a stop on the way somewhere else.
