Jalan Sultan Ismail runs through the middle of Bukit Bintang's nightlife strip, and the third floor of the Life Centre puts this one a lift ride from the hotels and late-night streets that feed it — convenient enough that the room fills with visitors, many of them Western European, alongside the local crowd. The music leans techno and house with EDM and commercial hits keeping the floor moving, and the layout is built around bottle service and VIP booths, which is where the $$$$ band comes from. Thursday through Saturday are the nights that matter, with doors from 8pm and the room running through to 6am; smart casual is expected, and the crowd skews to the 25-45 bracket rather than a student turnout.
