Doors open at 5:30pm every day of the week and stay open until 2:30am, which makes the arrival hour a matter of preference: early for the city view and a slow start, late for the busier end. Food covers broad international ground, and shisha, table service, bottles and VIP booths put this firmly in the top price band on Hàm Nghi in District 1.
