About Sushisamba
Sushi and robata grill counters anchor the ground floor on Podium 1 of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, beside a curved terrace facing the Corniche waters; the floor above holds a private dining room, a second terrace and a bar. Executive chef Obed Villegas runs a kitchen that crosses Japan, Brazil and Peru in shared plates: the A5 wagyu Wagyu Dhabi roll, black cod with white miso, Chilean sea bass anticuchos and a run of seviches. Rio Brunch fills Saturdays from 12:30pm with sets and samba dancers, then moves upstairs to the Samba Lounge and terrace into golden hour, with packages from AED 495 to 695. Thursday Club pairs a set menu with two hours of free-flowing wine and cocktails for AED 470. Dinner starts at 6pm daily and runs to 1am, or 2am on Thursdays and Fridays. The dress code is smart elegant, with no shorts, open-toe shoes or sportswear, and most mains sit between AED 130 and 310.
