About Sol Marina Beach Club at The Mövenpick

The crowd skews over thirty and international — Western European regulars mixed with couples, Boracay locals and a socialite contingent who treat the daybed rows as their default weekend address. Friday through Sunday is when the loungers fill and the pace picks up; the rest of the week, with the doors technically open around the clock, it runs closer to a slow beachside drift. Mediterranean plates come with table service, and bottle service and valet keep things at the top-end $$$$ mark you would expect from a beach club attached to the Mövenpick. The soundtrack stays in lounge and chilled house territory, never loud enough to compete with the water. Beach chic is the dress code and it is taken at face value: swimwear works by day, something with a bit more polish once the light goes. It holds a 4.6 across just over a hundred Google reviews and a Best Bar mention.
