About Hot Mess
Hip hop and R&B carry the early hours here, with commercial hits and house pushing the volume up as the pool deck fills and the crowd stops pretending it came to swim. Doors open at 11pm six nights a week and run to 3am, with Sunday flipping the pattern entirely — 5pm to midnight, the one slot that catches daylight on the water in Ušće. Beachwear is the dress code rather than a suggestion, and the bottle service, day beds and VIP booths get claimed early on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, when champagne showers become a spectator sport. The room skews young, 18 to 25, and mixes Belgrade locals and Eastern European regulars with backpackers who found it by word of mouth. Prices sit in the mid band, food is broad and unfussy, and the whole thing runs May through September before the pool closes for the winter.
