Doors open at 1pm every day of the week in the 5th Circle, which makes this a slow-build kind of place: Mediterranean plates and shisha at the water's edge, table and bottle service if you've claimed a bed, and a close at midnight most nights that stretches to 1am on Thursdays and Fridays. Beachwear is the code, prices sit at the affordable end, and the crowd skews 25 to 45 — a mix of Amman locals, Western European visitors and tourists working through the day. Midweek is unusually busy, with Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays drawing the fullest decks. It runs year-round.
